Jackson Sheer-Wrapped Vertical Blinds combine the function and price of a PVC Vertical Blinds with soft fabric sheers.
The function is the same as the Luminettes. Luminettes have the sheer fabric and fabric vanes attached where the Sheer-Wrapped verticals have a removable sheer covering that is easy to remove, clean and re-attach.
